Tariffs
Weekly
rent is
$163/week for full year leases
$168/week for 2nd
semester (24 week leases)
$168/week for 2 semesters (45 week leases)
$178/week for 1st semester (21 week leases)
§
Utilities (ADSL internet, gas, electricity
and water) are included in the rental payment.
§
Telephone accounts are the tenants’
responsibility.
§
Connection to the Nexus ADSL network is free
and usage, up to 3Gb download per month, is included in the rent.
§
Undercover, offstreet car parking is
available and charged weekly at $10 per week.
§
On or before arrival we require a bond of 4
weeks rent, plus 2 weeks rent in advance.
§
Rent can be paid in cash at the office or by
direct transfer into our Trust account.
§
Washing machines are free to use however
dryers are coin operated - $2.00 per load.
§
An exit cleaning fee of $120 applies to all
leases. Departing tenants are expected to remove all personal
belongings and all rubbish from the unit and clean and stow all kitchen
items in the appropriate cupboards before an exit inspection is
conducted. All other cleaning is covered by this fee.
§
All other facilities are provided FREE of
charge.
