Tenancy Application

The following is used to process your application and place you with the most appropriate flatmates. All units have 3 ensuited single bedrooms, and the cost is from $185 / week (including electricity, Austar and ADSL internet access). Payments must be kept 2 weeks in advance and should be paid via direct debit from your nominated account. A non refundable forward booking payment of $370 will be required on acceptance.

Photo ID and a rental bond equivalent to 4 weeks will be required on arrival. Connection to the Nexus Place Network providing ADSL broadband internet is free. Usage up to 10 GB data downloaded per month is included in the weekly cost.

Although all units are fully furnished, you will need to supply your own linen. Linen starter packs are available for $60.00 which include; 1 King single fitted sheet, 1 King single plain sheet, 1 pillowcase. There are a limited number of undercover car parks on site for $10.00 per week payable with the rent.

Rental Periods

• Full Year Lease 2012, 1 January to 31 December, $185 / week.
• Academic Year Lease 2012, 24 January to 31 December $195 / week
• Second Semester Lease 2012, 1 July to 31 December, $185 / week.
• Summer Semester Lease 2011 - 2012, 1 December to 15 February, $175 / week.
