Tariffs

Weekly rents are:

Full year (52 weeks) @ $165 per week including services

Academic year (46 weeks) Feb 16 to Dec 31 @ $175 per week including services


  • Services (ADSL internet, gas, electricity and water) are included in the weekly rent.

  • Telephone accounts are the tenants’ responsibility.

  • Connection to the Nexus ADSL network is free and usage, up to 10Gb download per month, is included in the weekly rent.

  • Undercover, off-street car parking is available and charged weekly at $10 per week.

  • On or before arrival we require a bond equivalent to 4 weeks rent ,  plus 2 weeks rent payment in advance and a student pack of $20 ( a pillow+pillow cover &a mattress protector) .

  • All payments should be paid via direct debit, unless otherwise arranged with management.  Eftpos and Credit card facilities are NOT available.  Nexus Place is a cashless office.

  • Washing machines are free to use however dryers are coin operated - $3.00 per load.

  • An optional exit cleaning fee of $150+GST applies to all leases.  Departing tenants taking advantage of this service are expected to remove all personal belongings and all rubbish from the unit and clean and stow all kitchen items in the appropriate cupboards before an exit inspection is conducted.  All other cleaning is covered by this fee.

  • All other facilities are provided FREE of charge.
