Tenancy Application

The following is used to process your application and place you with the most appropriate flatmates. All units have 3 ensuited single bedrooms. Rent from $165 / Week (including electricity and ADSL internet access). Rent must be kept 2 weeks in advance and should be paid via direct debit from your nominated account. A non refundable forward booking payment of 2 weeks rent will be required on acceptance.

Photo ID and a rental bond equivalent to 4 weeks rent will be required on arrival. Connection to the Nexus Place Network providing ADSL broadband internet is free. Usage up to 5 GB data downloaded per month is included in the rental price.

Although all units are fully furnished, you will need to supply your own linen. Linen starter pack are available for $60.00 which include; 1 King single fitted sheet, 1 King single plain sheet, 1 pillowcase, 1 towel. There are a limited number of under cover car parks on site for $10.00 per week payable with the rent.
