Nexus Place is a purpose built student accommodation complex only minutes away from Griffith University and Ashmore TAFE on the Gold Coast. Situated in the heart of Ashmore, Nexus Places offers resort style facilities at highly affordable prices, perfect for interstate and international visitors studying on the Gold Coast - we are also in close proximity to the Southport English language schools and bus line. We are experienced On-site Managers that will fully assist a smooth transition for new students who are moving away from home and we are reachable even after office hours when the students need us especially incase of emergency, or lock out of room.

About Our Student Apartments

Nexus Place is home to 38 three bedroom apartments. Each apartment is equipped with a common kitchen, dining and lounge room with modern appliances and furniture.

Each bedroom contains a king sized single bed, desk, chair, bookshelves, wardrobe and ensuite.

Tenants can opt for under cover parking (at $10 per week), and can also take advantage of 10GB/month of data from Nexus Places' own ADSL high speed internet network - included in the rental price!
