Nexus Place is a resort-style complex with 38 units holding 3 single bedrooms in each.
Tenants at Nexus Place can enjoy the following facilities in their individual room:
- Ensuite
- Wardrobe
- King sized single beds
- Desk, chair & bookshelves
- Separate telephone line
The common areas of each apartment (i.e. the kitchen, dining and family room) are complete with:
- Lounge suite
- TV (with Austar - included in rent price)
- DVD Player
- Full kitchen appliances, utensils and crockery

The Nexus Place complex provides students and residents with resort style facilities that are free for use by all tenants, including:
- Swimming pool
- Outdoor BBQ area with seating
- Recreation room
Laundry & Amenities
Undercover and off street parking is available for tenants who require it at $10 per week along with free bicycle storage in the basement.
There are four commercial washing machines and driers in a communal laundry. It is free to use the washing machines and $3 to per load in the dryer. Tenants can also use one of three outdoor clothes lines for drying.
There is an ADSL broadband internet facility available in each bedroom. Connection is free and usage is up to 10GB of download per month which is included in the weekly cost. Additional downloads can be purchased at $10 for 10GB.
